The room was perfect for us, clean, and we loved being able to check in through the website. Covered parking was excellent and it was the perfect location to walk through the town and to the beach. Only issue was the ice machine did not work.

The front desk is not manned so make sure to get your check in info before arrival- a lot of guest were frustrated over this step- we dod not have that issue. Parking is very limited and very tight- so if you are deciding on which car to bring, go small. You can walk to pretty much everything from hotel

Not that easy to check in, but the call staff was very helpful and easy to deal with. Simply took a refresh on my phone. It was very clean. It is updated for the most part however, the shower soap dispenser was empty and the tub did not drain (extremely sluggish).

Best price as beach season is upon us. The door code is very difficult to see and had to put code in a couple times each try. Mattress is very uncomfortable but overall for the price it was a deal and acceptable.

We had a great time at this property. It was clean, had plenty of towels and the bed was comfortable. Our dogs could be left in the room. It was pretty quiet at night and the dogs didn’t growl or bark. The walk to the beach/boardwalk was .6 miles. This property was very close to food and shopping. There were many food options that allowed dogs. Dogs are not allowed on the boardwalk or beach during summer. Check with the Rehoboth website .

Great little room inside Rehoboth Beach. It looks newly refurbished. I LOVE the blackout blinds. This room is dark and I love it. There is no front desk. You are issued a door code via text. The system works great. Lastly the price. Very inexpensive considering where you are.
