Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Shockingly bad. You have to pay for offroad parking, despite description saying there's free parking on site. Which was an inconvenience travelling with a baby, we'd expected to have close parking but had to lug our things across town. There was no hot water and even though we reported it no way of repair. The instructions for check in were unclear and the building is hard to find. The communal areas that lead up to the apartment are really scuffed. A STRANGER HAD A KEY TO OUR APARTMENT AND LET HIMSELF IN. Very uncomfortable and anxious night. This place is not luxury. Despite us complaining on the night Expedia also did not help with a refund.
