The room was clean and the amenities were fine. The only problem was that a car alarm went off right outside my door at 3:40 am and continued for 15-20 minutes, and included 2 men talking over the car. I was in room 109. Not sure who the men were, but the episode frightened me and I was concerned for my car, parked next to it. Do you have parking lot security?

Kudos to a good night stay

Excellent experience from the get-go. Saved money using rewards dollars and the check-in & check-out experience was flawless and quick. O ly thing our dog did not like was the tile or LVP flooring but thats a personal issue. Highly recommend this location. Thanks Red Bluff Days Inn

All staff were very pleasant for our one night stay. It is always surprising, tho, what passes for a $100 room nowadays. Location is a bit sketchy-looking, but actually was very safe. We were given the ADA King room although we'd requested a regular king-- due to availability, probably. Room was worn, but seemed large enough and bright. Removed 1 spider, left the other. Fridge, microwave, TV worked. Tap water is GOOD to drink. The King bed was WONDERFUL, and we both slept despite the freeway noise (my earplugs helped). No clothes hanger area, just 3 pegs on the wall near the door, and 1 suitcase on bench beneath. At least there was an ironing board for our 2nd suitcase. The ONLY chair, although bright and padded-comfly looking, is VERY DANGEROUS (when not aware it's a tilting chair)! I sat down holding my dinner, and the seat tipped VERY far back, nearly dumping dinner and me on my head. This cannot be good for anyone, much less an ADA room. REPLACE THE CHAIR! We hated the MOTION-SENSORED Bathroom Light! No one needs that in the middle of the night! (Some tape, and our own nightlight, solved that.) And why is the Fancy mirror's lighting only on when the room light is on? There was little bathroom space so we used the ADA shower bench for our things. Breakfast had good juices, coffee, instant oatmeals, waffle-maker, 2 types of SUGARY cold cereals, yogurts, apples and bananas, scrambled eggs (from powdered). All condiments.

Cancelled once i was shown the gloony room with beds so old i sank when sitting on it. Horri lr. Cancelled on the property, called hotel.com within minutes and was told to call property. No answer, went ibside, deserted, callled propeety 2x after i was charged. No response, no refund. I thought Hotels.com protected us, what happened? Your site here shows multiple bookings by me sane site, multiple receipts. Please advise i didnt book multiple roo.s. it was so sad i almost cried at this horrible room

We had a disabled room so three disabled parking places outside where we could not park. Had a bit of a hike to the room. Other guests a bit rowdy: tailgating etc.

People hanging out on balcony near our room, loud music. We are next to a large empty lot, not appealing at all when we drove up. Staff is just ok, nothing special. Feels like many guests are here for a long time, i think they must work close by. It feels unsafe having people hanging out on balcony and parking lot.

Very quiet. Room was clean. Parking was right outside the room. Didnt have breakfast, so info in that. It was convenient for a overnight stay enroute to other places

Arrived to a dirty room with the smell and hair of a cat or dog. I needed the desk for work and that was also dusty and unclean. The room door was difficult to open/close which was a concern for safety, especially at night since the area is sketchy. The room walls are thin, so if you're a light sleeper, good luck.
