Baseboards in rooms were not clean, especially in Bathroom. Also, the Couch was old, had dirty arms and cushions sank Almost to the floor when you were sitting. Needs replacing. n

The staff was excellent, the breakfast was excellent and all in all we enjoyed our stay. The shower was terrible..it was dark and the shower head was way too high and no way to change the water. Overall the colors and decor seemed outdated and aged.

The large common area . You could meet other people or just sit and watch . Even with lots going on you don’t feel crowded.

The upkeep of this property could be better. Small issues with mold in the bathroom and unclean bathtub. Other than that, it’s a good place to stay. Staff is nice and the breakfast staff is amazing! Bartenders could use more training. I didn’t like that when you tried to call the front desk, you get an automatic messaging system that didn’t work.
Seem to have a mold issue in the bathroom.
Bathtub wasn’t cleaned very well. Hair in a lot of places.

Breakfast was the best experienced so far at the Hilton brand. Property a bit dated but nice, clean, spacious, and well kept. The atrium's sunroof is unique! Wiil certainly stay there again.

Room furniture need to be replaced. Carpet needs to be replaced immediately.. no excuse for that old dirty, torn,and stained filled carpet in the room. Also I reserved a king suite and when I arrived was given a queen. Not happy about that.
