The shower was stained or dirty. TV not hooked up to a signal,the diner doesn’t have a paper menu, QR code menu not good for the old people.. No on grounds staff to answer questions. The diner staf has terrible customer service skills. For $200.00 a night I expect more customer service.

There was no drinking glass in my room and I called down to tell them and the desk person seemed surprised that I wanted one. In order to get a glass, I had to order coffee materials, which were delivered in a big bag. I have never stayed anywhere where they did not provide glasses. Also, even though I had prepaid my room I had to fill out a detailed registration form like they had never heard of me before. A strange place, this. I won’t be back.

Kind of yuck

Check-in was at the cafe next door. Water pressure in the dirty shower was very high and very uncomfortable. This caused the shower curtain to mover about and not stay put, causing the bathroom floor to become covered in water. Faucets were difficult to turn. Please use plumbers silicone on washers when replacing them in the faucets.

Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff!

The motel itself was nice though the room was small. I had a few issues—one being the door wouldn’t lock when I was leaving the room. A maintenance man was right at hand and got that fixed. I couldn’t figure out how to work the TV remote and a lovely girl from the desk/restaurant came to my room and got me fixed up. Then I had turned down the heat and it went off completely. After a while the room got quite cold and I tried to get it on again to no avail. I called the desk and they sent a housekeeper and he checked it out and said the plug wouldn't stay in the wall, but after he left, it came on and was fine for the rest of my stay. If it hadn’t been for those wonderful staff people, my stay would have been quite disappointing, but because of them, I enjoyed my stay very much!
