Lame stay!

Old and run down. Our door was open when we arrived. It was difficult to close and lock. Not enough hot water for a short shower! We checked out a day early. The desk just gave a lane "sorry, I'll tell maintenence'.

My biggest complaint for this property is the lack of windows. The dining area and breakfast area are super dark with no natural light. The rooms have hallway windows instead of exterior windows, so you don’t want to keep the curtains open for obvious privacy reasons. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean but outdated. A renovation would do this hotel wonders. Overall not a bad stay.

The room is nice, I like the layout. But the cleanliness could be way better for what im paying. Definitely can hear cars passing by throut the night. Other than that cant hear neighbors or anything else. The furniture looked outdated and is visibly dirty. I personally would not stay here again

Gross hotel, ZERO customer service

The hotel lied about having a working hot tub and pool when we called. We booked the reservation at 7pm at night, and arrived 7:05. We quickly went to the hot tub, to find out the entire pool and hot tub were out of service. We asked if we could cancel our reservation as we have only booked it 20 minutes prior, and the only reason we wanted to stay there was for the amenities. We had literally only booked it 20 minutes prior and asked to cancel so we could choose one of the dozen hotels on the same street that had working hot tubs, and they said we couldn’t cancel our reservation because it was past 4pm. Which doesn’t make sense to me because we would have had to cancel our reservation before we even booked it by that logic! They lied about the working hot tub, which we called and specifically asked about… False advertising and complete lies, they wouldn’t allow us to cancel and go elsewhere and they wouldn’t grant us a discount for the trouble. Would never stay with this company again. Not to mention the entire building smelled like stale cigarettes.
