Super venligt personale og store fine værelser. Ikke helt tip top, men det afspejles også i prisen. Vi var super glade for de dage vi havde, og der var ret tomt og vi havde ofte poolen helt for os selv.

Da meine ausführliche Bewertung leider zu lang ist, hier nur Stichpunkte: Positiv: *Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kinderfreundlich *es gibt ein Spielzimmer für Kinder (zwar nur mit ein paar Bällen und Schwimmhilfen und etwas muffig riechend, aber die Kids hatten kurzzeitig Spaß) *Schwimmringe & Co im Pool *Housekeeping war täglich da *Großes Zimmer mit viel Platz, Stauraum und riesen Schrank *gab n bissl Deko und Kuchen zum Jahrestag Negativ: *Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist definitiv nicht vorhanden *Sehr lange dauernder Check-In, spät abends mit zwei kleinen, müden Kindern *das versprochene kostenfreie Wasser wurde oft vergessen, gab es dann auf Nachfrage auch nicht *Probleme mit Heißwasser; wurden allerdings jedes Mal behoben; nach dem 3. Mal dann auch so richtig *Mitarbeiterin wollte Foto von unserem halbnacktem Baby machen (in unserem Zimmer) - mega unprofessionell und absolut unangebracht, auch wenn es nicht böse gemeint ist *Frühstück ist sehr eintönig, Butter in Plastik, großer Fokus auf warmen Thai Gerichten zum Frühstück *Die Gegend ist eher weniger touristisch *man benötigt Scooter oder Taxi um in belebtere Gegenden zu gelangen
