£280 / night. I guess as it was a big conference at the Messe. Asked before arrival and twice during my stay for an iron and never got one. Overall, clean and tidy with a typical German hotel breakfast. But at this price, would expect food available in the evening and better service

We stayed overnight for a layover at the Düsseldorf airport. The hotel is clean and efficient and a good option when staying close to the airport to catch an early flight out. Staff are friendly and efficient. We booked a transfer to the airport very early in the morning and the driver was ready at the arranged time, cost was 10 EUR per person, which you pay up front at the reception. Drive time to the airport is 5-10 minutes. The hotel is located in a business/industrial area and restaurant options in walking distance are limited, the hotel has a bar, but no restaurant that is open for dinner. Overall, I do highly recommend this hotel when needed a place to stay close to DUS for a flight the next day.

Very nice clean and friendly hotel The hotel is very close to the airport the rooms are very clean and upscale, staff are very friendly. My suitcase was lost and transferred to me the next day so the staff had toothbrush and shaving equipment for me. The rooms where cleaned every. day I got a complimentary bottle of water and some sweets. Breakfast is very up class and worth the extra money. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 are too small issues. The first one is none of the staff speak English so you can communicate only by a translation app, and also my suitcase has arrived in the afternoon but I wasn't informed by the front desk even though I asked them to inform me when it arrives so I only found out about it the next day after I called the airline. Except for those two issues great hotel next time I'm going to the dusseldorf I'll be sure to book it again.

Restaurant not open for dinner, we have to walk and find something to eat. Neighborhood seems unsafe. The staff was eager to help despite the language barrier. She doesn’t speak English, we don’t speak German.
