Great place to stay with fantastic views of the city. The home was very comfortable and close to hospitals, which was extremely convenient for us. The host Cody is very kind and helpful by answering any questions we had. He went above and beyond with our booking when some scheduling conflicts came up suddenly. If we’re in Rapid City again, this place would be our first choice!

We very much enjoyed the comfort, location and views here! The kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean! We sat on n the balcony each night overlooking the lights! The home provided all the space we needed for the 6 of us, was clean and well-stocked, and centrally located to all the sights we wanted to see. Down stairs is great for grown kids or second family, I would suggest owner puts in coffee bar and small refrigerator in the lower level. Upstairs deck if wonderful wine and fire pit. Perfect home base for Mt Rushmore and the area

The Overlook was everything we had hoped for. We used it as a home base to see Mount Rushmore, the Badlands and more. Cody was very responsive and great with communication. The house was very clean, spacious, and perfectly laid out. People could play games and not disturb anyone trying to take a nap. The ping pong and foosball were a big hit with the family. The house is at the top of a hill and has beautiful views of the city below. If we visit the area again, we will definitely choose this location.
