Staff was great, room was not. Cable was not available (she tried). Heat was on full blast when I entered, way too hot. Soap/shampoo dispensers in bathroom did not work. Hair dryer had one temp, HOT, then had to be unplugged to turn it off. Nice bed tho!

The room was adequate, but lacked equipment to use the cooktop (no pot, no pan). The refrigerator was loud, so I turned it off. Rooms adjoining the stairs can be noisy. Staff tried to be helpful and personable. Shower was hot.

It was very noisy. The rear entrance door closer was broken the entire week of my stay and it slammed shut unless people closed it carefully. Most folks were probably careful but the other dozen each night kept waking me up.
