The staff was so friendly and helpful!! The room was super clean and comfortable. I texted them to see if I could check-in a little early and they called me within 5 minutes and said " Absolutely ". Very impressed with them! I won't stay anywhere else!

I love the pre-check in and how the front desk clerk welcomed me! She was smiling and we had a good laugh! The lobby was nice and fresh. She told me about the amenities and how to get to my room. The room was excellent! Very comfortable beds, bathroom was spotless and the whole vibe was great! The AC was on for me so I didn't have to do anything! Location worked for me too! Will definitely be staying again!

The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Our room was clean and pretty. The bathroom floor looked clean but old. The fixtures in the bathroom area leave much to be desired. We couldn't get our tv to switch from a foreign language to English for directions, so we just had to keep trying until we got the remote working. Other than those small things, the room was very quiet, comfortable, and had all the amenities. Breakfast was wonderful!

It appeared the Facility has been in service for a number of years as various remodels were discernible. The breakfast was not good. Biscuits for biscuits and gravy were barely thawed. Cold and hard. Bacon/ham was not fully cooked. Scrambled eggs lacked flavor and there was a lot of moisture in bottom of serving pan.

Great staff - I want to call out Andres and the other guy at reception (perhaps Dani) for great service on check-out and helping us safely dispose of some camping gear we couldn’t fly home with.
