Courteous staff, clean room, quiet. The only thing was that the TV only had Samsung TV, and every single channel froze and buffered every three to four minutes. It made it impossible to watch anything. I tried checking the network settings but they were all grayed out.

We were greeted at the front desk (January 10th) by a competent and friendly young man, a pleasure to work with. The rooms were clean, updated with everything we needed. The breakfast was tasty with lots of options; super easy process from online booking to checkout. The value for the quality of the room and staff was impressive!

My daughter & I spent 4 nights here checking out the area to find her an apartment & the location was good, breakfast sufficient (very tasty waffles), not overly attentive staff but I’m fine with that. Clean, spacious room, though not overly quiet - could hear tv next door & everyone in the hallway. I didn’t use pool area but my daughter said it was fine

The power was out in the city when we arrived, the staff met us at the door with flashlights to help us get checked in and took us to our rooms. They were super accommodating even with no power. Luckily that evening it finally came back on any the great service didn't stop
