Horse Creek Resort - Cabin 4
This 1-bed studio cabin sleeps up to 2 adults along with the possibility of 2 small children on cots (upon request). It has a new queen bed, lounging/sitting area, small kitchenette, bathroom with shower, private deck, picnic table, and outdoor seating and lounging.
Coffee maker, linen/bedding, bath towels, basic dishware/utensils, and a propane grill are all provided. This cabin has heat & air conditioning, a television with streaming services (Netflix, etc.), "high-speed" internet, and on-site coin-operated laundry.
NOTE: HWY 385 Construction
South Dakota Department of Transportation (SDDOT) began Highway 385 road construction, which is the main highway that runs through the Black Hills, from Deadwood through Custer, in the fall of 2023. They recently just started construction along the section next to Horse Creek (fall of 2024), which will continue through summer of 2025.

Peaceful, nice location, neighbors really close
We loved our little room. We had everything we needed and it was the perfect size for 2 people. We did feel the neighbors were very close to our cabin and I would have liked more coverage in the bathroom window. The location of being in the middle of the Black Hills was perfect for trip to Custer to trips to Spearfish Canyon. I wish we had more time to check out the hiking trails by our cabin. I would stay here again, but on a corner cabin.

What a great time. Quiet and what great neighbors. Would love to live there. The owners were on top of everything!!! I would recommend this to anyone. Will choose a bigger cabin next time as we will be bringing more family.
