Everything was SO great, as always! Had one problem upon checking into the room .... we proceeded to pull out the pull-out sofa and make up the bed, since it was close to bedtime. We found that the bed was badly damaged. Upon calling the front desk, they immediately moved us to a different room, even upgraded us! We hadn't disturbed anything else in the room so that worked out great! They were all so helpful, especially Wayne!

Our reservation was for six people and the room was not stocked with sufficient towels. We were also clearly planning to use the sofa bed and there was not bedding in the room for the sofa bed. It took multiple tries to get sufficient towels. Geesh! The desk chair has seen waaaay better days…

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff at breakfast were phenomenal! Check in was effortless and easy. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the water often running cold in the bathroom.
