Great stop in a small town.

Hotel was great......large group of bikers there when we arrived.....had to step over a bunch of stuff just to get to the desk and they did not care. Felt for the girl at the desk, but once past that, the rest of the stay was pretty quiet.

I booked this hotel room as part of a business trip to the area. I was scheduled to check in on June 28th and check out on June 29th. I stopped by the hotel around noon on the 28th to alert staff that I would be working for the remainder of the day and not be able to check in until very late. Staff made a note on my account as well as a hand written note. When I arrived back at the property at approximately 2:15am there was no staff in sight. I used a phone at the front desk to call for assistance with no answer. I tried several more times over the next 10 to 15 minutes with no answer. I eventually contacted hotels.com customer service and they were also not able to reach anyone at the hotel. After almost 30 minutes at the property I was advised to find another accomodation and hotels.com would cover the difference in price of my original reservation. The next closest hotel was nearly 37 miles away so I opted to make the 2 hour drive home rather than attempt to book another room at 3:30am. At 3:13am I get a text from hotel staff saying they missed my calls because they were cleaning the bathrooms and asked if I was still planning to check in. Needless to say I was frustrated, upset and exhausted. I will not be using this hotel for any further trips to the area.

The experience was over all good. Got ton had way to much chemicals same as pool. Need ice machine on both floors.
