So first of all they "sold out" of the room type that I had RESERVED 2 months earlier. That should not be possible if they understand what a reservation is. Then they charge an additional $3.25 "Incidentals Fee" that is not disclosed when making reservations via Expedia. It is not much money, but it is the principle of it that is wrong. Then the "lock" for the room literally had no catch, just a smooth metal plate so the deadbolt couldn't stop anything because the bolt literally has no receiver. The A/C also could only run for 10-40 seconds (not kidding) at a time between 1-2 minute rest periods all night long. I stayed here approximately 4 years earlier and it was quite nice, but has gone down hill tremendously since then.

there was a concert going on, so the hotel was booked up and crowded, but the staff stayed professional and friendly and helpful. the room was clean and quiet. parking lot was clear and i felt safe.
