Most days our room was not cleaned, in returning to our room, we had to ring reception for clean towels, tidy our room and make our beds, which we could do, but as a service we paid for, wasn’t what we expected. Staff were rude and very unhelpful, the exception being, a couple of the front desk staff, and the activities staff.

I liked our stay. I will say that the only thing I did not like about Tahiti was the poor treatment and abandoned animals. I wish that your government would do something about this issue. We loved your complimentary breakfast and coffee machine. The activities dept was very good to us.

The room was comfortable with a wonderful view across the infinity pool, looking at Moorea. The restaurant food was very good, though the buffet breakfast was a bit overpriced . . . Very nice hotel and friendly and good staff.

We stayed at the Te Moana for two nights and especially loved the outdoor areas, such as the lagoon and gorgeous infinity pool. The little islands conected by bridges were very romantic with little white lights, fun drinks and a gorgeous sunset over Moorea in the distance. The hotel room and balcony could use some renovation, but everything was comfortable and the restaurant meal of tuna was one of our best of our trip. I saw some tropical fish at the lagoon I didn't see anywhere else!

A noisy stay

This was our second visit, in general all ok but just a couple of things not so good cockroaches in the kitchen area, also small bugs around the lounge chair, the roosters crowing was the most annoying thing of all you need to eradicate them from the resort, otherwise all good but if the roosters stay we wont return

Although our flights were delayed and we didn't get to take in all of the beauty that is this resort, we made the most of the 6 hours we had. The views are unbelievable, the beach and lagoon area amazing, not to mention the bars and dock seating. Will return one day to enjoy this place in it's entirety.

This resort is not like its pictures. It’s as if they built it and never up kept with any of it. The room was HORRIBLE. The smell was overbearing. Smelt like mold and musty wet linen. The couch was severely stained. It was so disgusting we didn’t want to sit on it. The bed was supposed to be a king bed and instead it was two rock hard twins that they had put together. The pool area was nice but not like their photos. The waterfall feature in the pool was broken during our entire stay. The room service was disgusting. Overall as an American I would NOT stay there. The facility itself feels safe but the second you’re outside it’s a third world country.

Loved everything about the property in general. The resort itself is beautiful and the view from the oceanside is breathtaking (directly across from Moorea). We saw a school of dolphins playing the first morning we arrived. The infinity pool is also beautiful. Did not like the toilet in the bedroom. It was a strange oblong/rectangle shape, too high off the ground and extremely uncomfortable. There was a sink in the toilet room that was too tiny, and the towel ring was close to the floor and toilet. Quite odd and not super sanitary. Otherwise, the room itself was very spacious and clean. Nice little kitchenette, although it was advertised there would be a "full-size" refrigerator and it was only a mini fridge. Showerhead had a lot of mineral buildup and the water did not go down the drain very quickly, leading to a lot of pooling of water on the floor. Breakfast buffet was decent (included - not sure if I would pay extra because it is the same every single day). Lots of mosquitoes...bring bug spray and itch cream! 8.5/10 would recommend.

Pretty much the most beautiful location I’ve ever been to. The views were amazing from sunrise to sunset. The people were kind , friendly and helpful. Food at the resort was good but expensive. Many very good options within walking distance including right across the street. I will return one day.

Clean hotel, gorgeous view and rooms pretty spacious. The only downside is that food and drinks are very expensive (island prices), the hotel is walking distance to market and food trucks, which was nice

We were only at this property for one night, as our flight arrived late and then left the next morning. It's a nice place to stay for the night - close to the airport, and clean.
