Merci beaucoup à monsieur Minh et madame Ngan à la réception. Ils sont tellement gentils, souriants, aimables. Merci à monsieur Minh pour tous les bons conseils pour les beaux endroits à visiter. La salle à manger pas grand choix dans le buffet , on doit toujours demander pour le café, fruits… les tables sont mal lavées, je pense qu’il n’enlève pas les napperons pour laver les tables car on trouve encore les miettes de nos déjeuners les jours d’avance

Great staff /good location

The staff at this hotel are amazing and very helpful. We had a nice view from the 14th floor and our AC worked perfect contrary to some reviews I had read. I did find the bathroom a bit too compact for my liking. But there was good water pressure and loads of hot water. Beds were comfortable too.

Be careful when booking this hotel ,new hotel but bloody hot room as a/c not effective enough ,bloody hot during the day time and warm at night ,needs to be fixed as to comfort,be aware

The hotel really treated me like royalty. I really appreciated the spacious and quiet and clean room. The breakfast was very good as well. Sometimes I must wait a little while for the elevator as there are only two elevators for 17 floors. But that is very minor compared to the other advantages of the room.
