Our room #107 overlooked the water, which was nice to see.It is an older establishment, but our room was very clean, partially updated and staff was very nice and helpful. We would stay there again, as it is not far from most everything, reasonably priced with a nice view that some other expensive hotels don't have. Parking is easy and free.

It is often about location. I needed to be near teh boatyard and Boat Haven but walking distance from downtown. This hotel fit the bill at a decent price. They were kind enough to give ma an upgraded room with a view., which was excellent, but the way. I will likely stay here again in teh near future.

The view here is amazing. It's fun to watch the activity of boats coming and going from a nearby docking harbor. The rooms have been updated for the most part. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Parking was adequate. Some staff very helpful but others not so much. There's a small beach in the back of the hotel where deer were wandering. I would stay here again.
