El almuerzo fue deficiente ya que siempre estaba lieno el área de la comida y se terminaban las cosas y tardaba la persona en surtir, esperábamos mucho tiempo para solo estar esperando azúcar o crema para café. Al pedirle a la persona crema para café y azúcar se extresaba y contestaba muy grosero, a veces decía que ya no había pan y eran las 9:00 am Recomendación: 1.- Capacitación a la persona que está resurtiendo las cosas 2.- Comprar más pan sobre todo si está lleno el Hotel para que no se acabe y otorgar mejor servicio. 3.- La máquina de café todos los días de nuestra estancia se tenía que resetear porque llegaba a dejar de funcionar y tardaban mínimo 15 minutos para resetear la máquina El servicio de habitación estuvo EXCELENTE y también el front desk muy amable el personal

Solo la habitación aceptable. No regreso

En la descripción del hotel ofrecen gimnasio, está deshabilitado. La caja de seguridad no servía. Paredes muy delgadas se oye todo de un cuarto a otro. Desayuno escaso y no hay sillas suficientes en el restaurante para los huéspedes, desayunamos parados. Falta personal, servicio poco eficiente.
