What a gem in Arrowtown! Such a cute cottage, adorned with flowers and a welcoming environment. Owners were also very welcoming, while going out of their way to ensure our comfort. Location was quite convenient and walkable to town. Thank you for a memorable experience.

The reception on arrival, the flower garden and the unique units with amazing climbing roses over our entrance. Inside everything that we needed for a great stay, and anything extra we needed like an iron supplied straight away. Fantastic oh and the Christmas lights and decorations. Brilliant! 👌

From the moment we arrived Jayne made us feel welcome - she has the perfect personality for this industry - bubbly, knowledgeable and super accommodating with lots of great advice about local activities especially cycling trails . Location, location!!! The rooms are a cottage and very cosy. They are not big so storing suitcases out of the way is tricky. Easy stroll to the main shopping strip. The accessible walks/hikes from Settlers is insanely exciting. Thank you Karl for your kind hospitality!!!

Spent two nights here, bracketing a day trip to Milford Sound. Arrowtown is cute, historic (with an extensive and excellent historical museum), small, friendly and intimate community. The cottage we had, two bedrooms (and two en-suite bathrooms!) was comfortable, roomy and we’ll equipped. Great beds and bedding, gardens, very quiet at night. Owner was helpful and outgoing with every inquiry we had. Compared to bustling, modern and impersonal Queenstown it was heaven. NO complaints, relaxed and excellent.

Fabulous place in a fantastic little historic town. Reception was very welcoming, the whole place is a gem. Felt very relaxed there and thoroughly enjoyed Settlers and Arrowtown.
