The Space

This apartment is located in the very centre of downtown Queenstown. To ensure a peaceful night's sleep, we have invested in high-quality, thick acoustic glass across all windows and doors. Please note that on weekend nights, some sound from the nearby pubs and clubs may still be noticeable until around 3am.



The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is designed for both relaxation and entertaining, featuring designer furnishings, custom cabinetry, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with quality appliances and generous bench space.



Two beautifully appointed bedrooms offer premium bedding, hotel-quality linen, and a peaceful atmosphere to ensure a restful night's sleep. The luxurious marble bathrooms feature spacious walk-in showers, elegant fixtures, and modern finishes that add to the apartment's refined feel.



One of the highlights of the property is your own private two-person spa, providing the perfect place to soak and unwind.



BEDROOM AND BATHROOM

Primary Bedroom: 1 King Sized Bed, private balcony entrance, clothing storage and heating, spa on the balcony

Bedroom 2: 1 King Sized Bed (can split into 2 Single Sized Beds)*, private balcony entrance with outdoor seating, clothing storage and heating

Full Bathroom: Walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet with the essentials provided

Half Bathroom (Powder room): Toilet and vanity, with the essentials provided

*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like the king bed in bedroom 2 split into two single beds. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.



Heating/ Aircon: There are heating and cooling air con units in both bedrooms and in the main living area. There is also underfloor heating in both the bathroom and the powder room. The property is ideally designed to be warm and cosy in winter and cool and refreshing in winter. There is a dimmer type switch in the living room to control the amount of fresh air coming in from outside, which provides excellent ventilation.



Water-Vapour Fireplace: Please note that there is a water-vapour fireplace in the property. This fireplace is for aesthetic ambience only. It does not provide any heat or smoke. It is completely harmless and cannot burn anyone, especially children.



Baby Accessories:

We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50 total per trip. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.



Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee before heading out or relaxing with a glass of Central Otago wine in the evening, this apartment has been designed to make every stay memorable.



Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the private spa, throughout their stay.

The Neighborhood

One of the biggest advantages of staying here is that you can leave the car behind.

For exploring further afield, including Coronet Peak, The Remarkables, Arrowtown, Gibbston Valley wineries, and Glenorchy, you'll have easy access to local buses, shuttle services, taxis, and rideshare options.
