This compact retreat seamlessly integrates sleeping and living spaces with a convenient kitchenette. The Space

A studio apartment on a single level, in the Pounamu complex on Frankton Road. The living areas look out to sweeping views from the bedroom.

Bedrooms: Open-plan studio sleeping area, with sweeping views from the balcony and living area.

Bathrooms: One bathroom. Shower over bath.

Kitchenette: Not a full-size kitchen. Equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pod machine.

Bedroom: 1 King bed or 2 Single beds

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after check-in incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — bedroom, bathrooms, and on-site spa (to be organised with the complex directly).

The Jade Apartments (Pounamu complex) sit right on Frankton Road, with Lake Wakatipu and the mountains across the road and an easy, level walk into the heart of Queenstown.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: 11 external stairs to apartment entrance

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when using kitchen appliances

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) are available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 2 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
