Wake up to the sound of Tuis and Bellbirds. Kids will love all the space that includes Funky Monkey bars, a playhouse and a trampoline while the adults enjoy relaxing in the spa pool.
The lake is only 2 minutes walk away. Swim in the summer or enjoy the bush walk along the lake front into town (40 mins).

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay just outside of Queenstown. Amazing views of the Lake with great amenities for the kids. Would stay again with or without kids.The video with instructions on how to navigate the shared driveway was essential as our phone’s map was not quite right.

Just what we needed
A week’s break for 3 generations including a 4 month old.
Very peaceful and secluded with great view of mountains and lake. Happy to just sit and stare. Bonus of two families of quails exploring the garden.
Used the hot tub every day which was so much nicer than most in rental properties.
Easy drive into Queenstown if you feel the need.
All in all, just what we needed.

Property is in a beautiful location just outside of Queenstown. Hot tub is a great hit and able to Stargaze at night is also possible. The garden is outstanding with fresh produce ready for picking! Slightly disappointed with number of broken lights and furniture (inside and garden) at this price point. Driveway may be a challenge for someone not confident driving up/down step climb.

Stunning location surrounded by birdsong
Checkin and communication with host was easy and friendly and was very helpful when I required a phone call for something I needed help with. Couldn’t be nicer or more accomodating.
Property itself is located a 5 minute walk from sunshine bay boat ramp and a 5 minute Uber / drive into town.
Waking up to rising sun, native birds and the lake was magic.
Loved the spa - we’ll be back.
