The Space

A one-bedroom apartment on a single level, in the Pounamu complex on Frankton Road. The living areas look out to sweeping views from the balcony and living area.

Bedrooms: One bedroom, with sweeping views from the balcony and living area.

Bathrooms: One bathroom. Shower over bath.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, fireplace.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, 4-burner gas cooktop, double drawer dishwasher, microwave, insinkerator waste disposal.

Balcony: Private balcony with outdoor seating.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after check-in incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Stairs: 11 external stairs to apartment entrance; 4 internal stairs within Apartment 201A

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby accessories (portacot, high chair, baby bath) are available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 2 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
