Overall friendly staff from reception to housekeeping. Booked a king bed with balcony room, but was assigned a room with dirty balcony hence we did not utilise the balcony at all. We also got a room meant for handicap users, hence the toilet door, shower handle, mirror to the shower space was designed for handicap users in mind. It was slightly inconvenient and limited our usage of the toilet. The hotel is walking distance to the train station but due to the going construction of the property few blocks away from the hotel, the path was rough and often blocked by heavy vehicles with no proper pedestrian walkways. We did not feel the safest commuting by foot around the property. Able to reach bukit bintang area in ~15 mins by walking. Would try another hotel next time.
