The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with fresh linens and a relaxing atmosphere. The bed was perfect for a good night’s sleep, and everything felt well cared for. The attention to detail in cleanliness and the cozy, welcoming feel made it stand out from other hotels I’ve visited. I would’ve given it an all-around excellent review, but the garbage can outside the property had an unpleasant odor and attracted quite a few bugs, which was a bit off-putting.

This was a 5 star for me. Hotel was clean and tidy. Excellent staff and they actually had a great breakfast, something you dont see anymore. Hot breakfast options including a made to order Omelett. Perfect stay for a decent price.

I had read the great reviews, and selected this hotel instead of pricier hotels in Pullman. Was not at all disappointed. I'm in my 60s and have stayed all over the U.S., as well as Latin America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. This hotel has the cleanest rooms I've ever encountered. The entire property was extremely clean. Great staff as well. Highly recommend.

A Great Return Destination

This place improves every stay. Superb attention to detail and exceptional in cleanliness. The staff efforts are always noticeable, from checking in and throughout the stay. Great breakfast and the omelettes made to order were a nice bonus.

Everyone was so friendly, great breakfast with fresh omelets. The only i disliked was $30 fee for early check in when room was ready and they were not booked.
