Not what I expected when paying for a “nice” hotel

We paid for a suite for 4 people - 2 had to sleep in a double bed which was too small. The second bed when paying for a suite should be at least a queen bed. We were also surprised they charged for parking. The hotel was obviously housing immigrants. There was foreign speaking people everywhere. The hall trash cans on our floor were overflowing with empty food containers. There was yelling at 2 a.m. outside of our room and in the morning found an empty pizza box near our door. There were church services being held in the hotel for foreigners on Sunday morning.

We had a great time staying for three nights at this hotel. The facilities were great. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, and the room was clean and spacious! My only critique is regarding our pets. This is something we should know as well, but I think all pet rooms should be on the first floor so owners can get them out to go to the bathroom with ease. We were on the third floor. Also, a patch of grass or woodchips nearby would be so helpful. It’s a big couple of blocks before we could find somewhere to properly potty them.

Wanted to try your restaurant because it sounded great, but called 5 times and no one answered phone. Ended up getting Doordash. Otherwise, comfy, clean room in convenient location. Ask them to waive $18 parking fee, cuz cars arent safe in the street in Everett

Staff - excellent. Room - clean, but the bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. I don't think they've replaced the mattress since the hotel was built. Plumbing needed repaired twice, arrived and had to have maintenance up before we even used it, it was full of foam and wouldn't flush.

Wowed by this hotel

Chose this hotel based on its location near the Angel of the Winds Arena. Super clean, friendly staff and only a few blocks to the arena. Lots of restaurants just a block away.
