ups!! no me llego su reservacion

al llegar siendo las 6 PM nadie nos cabrio, no nos enviaron las claves nunca, el encargado se disculpo diciendo que jamas le llego la reserva, estuvo de la patada, ya que a esa hora conseguir hotel en estos dias fue complicado, gracias por nada!!
