Mala experiencia con insectos

Tuvimos muy mala experiencia en nuestra estancia, ya que encontramos varios insectos en nuestra cama. Desafortunadamente en la noche no nos dimos cuenta porque llegamos tarde y cansados y solo nos acostamos a dormir, en la mañana nos llevamos una muy desagradable sorpresa al tener un montón de estas cosas en la cama.

me gustó mucho el hotel en general, solo que no hay mucho personal, no sabíamos que teníamos que dejar la llave para que pudieran hacer servicio de limpieza a la habitación, pedimos una toalla más porque reservamos para 4 personas y nunca la pusieron, también está averiado el compartimiento de shampoo. no tienen estacionamiento pero cuentan con convenio en un estacionamiento que está a una cuadra del hotel, pero hay base de camiones y es un poco tardado ingresar al estacionamiento. el internet es malo, no logré ver algo en la tele sin que se estuviera trabando cada 10 segundos, no sé si fue porque fue fin de semana y había demasiada gente, aún así solo hay una red. también hay mucho ruido, no de la calle, en general es muy tranquila y segura, pero escuchas lo de la habitación de al lado, arriba, abajo, pasillos… se escuchaba todo fuera de eso, muy cómodo, bonito, seguro, muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario, la comida del restaurante del hotel muy rica y a buen precio, es tipo bufet muy amable el chico de recepción y atento

Recomendado, está muy bien ubicado cerca del centro. Tiene un restaurante para desayunar rico y económico. Pero lo mejor de todo es el servicio al cliente que ofrecen, el personal muy amable y servicial. Eso fue lo que nos conquistó, el buen trato de su personal, principalmente las personas de la recepción ❤️

Pésimo servicio. La habitación que nos dieron en planta baja a un lado de su restaurante hace que todo el ruido de la gente que entra y sale te moleste. No descansas nada. Cambian los horarios de check out y te avisan 15 minutos antes. El vigilante nocturno y el gerente te tratan pésimo. Como si te hicieran un favor. Sin regadera apropiada y sin toallas suficientes para las personas hospedadas. Definitivamente JAMÁS volvería. Gracias por nada Expidia por esta recomendación.

Medio bien

Esta muy limpio y muy bonito el hotel, pero no ponen toallas para la cantidad de personas que se reserva asi que tuvimos que esperar hasta el otro día para que nos las dieran, las camas estan bastante duras y no hay cobijas suficientes, el segundo día no hujo agua caliente. Lo que si es que la comunicación es buena y si resuelven. Claro,que son situaciones que no deberían ocurrir por el precio del hotel.
