El hotel decia q no tenia el pago reflejado, y todo el tiempo estuvo insistente en que se lo dieramos .. hasta el final no dejaba salir al cliente hasta q se hablo con ellos por medio del cliente. Ya que el hotel no sirven sus numeros, y expedia no soluciono porq nunca se pudieron comunicar.

Pésimo servicio

De entrada se molestaron porque pague dos noches extra por medio de la app, querían q afuerza pagara en efectivo, el hotel muy deteriorado, muy ruidoso, no pude dormir por ello, lo único bueno es la cercanía al zócalo, que si me volvería a hospedar en este hotel, definitivamente NO!

les falta mucho de lo indispensable

Te voy a contar y usted lo califica va. Llegue no encontraban la reserva por fin la encuentran entre un ciento de hojas llegó ala habitación y no hay control de TV pero bueno eso.no es importante pero sique no hay jabón toallas y ni papel de baño. Solo la cama la TV una colcha y dos almohadas. A Y U JUEGO DE DISQUE SABANAS TODAS ROTAS
