A really great place to stay, with courteous and attentive staff. The location is excellent—close to historical sites like Centro Histórico and Cholula. The included full breakfast is a big plus, as not many places offer that. Highly recommended, the room was spacious and comfortable and was kept clean every day by the great housekeeper!

Place is ok but too many guest. I would only recommend for one or two day business trip near downtown or if you have an event and will use the place to sleep. For me was ok as I have two little children and they needed to have normal breakfast (egg, fruit, milk) but not in a nice location nor so close to downtown, you will need a car for transportation to any place. Regardless the place was really clean, staff is really nice and food is ok.
