Good experience

The room is newly renovated and is nicely done. Hot water was great, internet was great. This hotel uses a fair amount of air freshener byt not in a good way. Way too strong a smell and if youre sensitive to scents, be advised. Other than that a good hotel for the price.

It was ok for me.

The fresh market in the block behind, and the niceness of their staff makes it worth. It's located nearby the historical district. My room didn't have any window and people outside can be loud. I guess they have other rooms, so once you are assigned a room check whether you like it and change it if necessary.

El peor hotel de Puebla situado en el peor lugar, afuera del hotel está situado el basurero, en toda la calle es área de prostitución, las personas orinan afuera del hotel, eso genera mal olor y suciedad, las mujeres que se prostituyen entran y salen con sus acompañantes del hotel, no es agradable, extremadamente sucio el lugar, los residuos de drenaje y desperdicios del mercado corren afuera del hotel y en toda la calle, el hotel apesta a orines, basura y drenaje, súper caro nos cobraron más que el holidays apesar de estos inconvenientes no nos quisieron hacer la cancelación ni la devolución ya que fuimos por viaje familiar y al llegar a esa fusilga y ver las pesímas condiciones no quisieron reembolsar el pago la recepcionista inventando mil escusas que según es muy difícil hacerlo por sistema y que la empresa no lo acepta, ni siquiera computadora tenía, solo anotando en una libreta y después investigamos ni siquiera existe una empresa por el tipo de hotel que es, son una estafa total, no recomendable.

La habitación tenía muchas manchas en la pared y la pintura estaba descarapelada y con humedad, el baño estaba sucio y no contaba con jabón, shampoo etc… los muebles estaban rotos. En las imágenes la habitación que me dieron no aparecía en las galerías. El personal fue amable y me atendió bien pero definitivamente las instalaciones que tenía mi habitación eran terribles.

No hay muchas opciones de comida Alos alrededores solo hasta el centro aunque caminando está a unos 20 min el hotel está limpio y cómodo

EL hotel no tiene estacionamiento despues de las 8pm y al querer salir a buscar en donde dejar el auto, la recepcionista de muy muy mal modo nos dijo que si saliamos no abriria ya la pruerta. Jamas volveriamos reservamos 7 habitaciones y ni asi tuvieron buen trato.
