The deck is the ideal perch to sip morning coffee or toast the day’s end under a painted sky. Just two units have exclusive use of the deck - ours and our next-door neighbor. The area right outside our sliders is exclusively for our unit (next door also has an exclusive-use seating area), and then the outer railing is open for everyone to enjoy and stare out into the open.

With seating for lounging or dining, the outdoor space flows seamlessly into the living area thanks to an entire wall of glass. For even more space, head downstairs and access the beach right from our building's lower deck and beach access point.

✮✮ PARKING INFORMATION ✮✮

Our rental comes with one deeded parking spot. Our building has 3 rows of tandem spaces that hold 3 regular-sized cars / midsized SUVs each (9 cars total). Larger pickup trucks are not allowed since they will take up more space than allowed for one spot.

It's actually a pretty simple parking setup that we'll explain in more detail after booking.

If you need more space, the closest large parking lot is the West End Parking Lot, located about a 4-5 minute walk further into the West End at the boat ramp / dog beach. That lot holds 45 metered spaces.

The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1 - November 3, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight.

Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 4 - April 30
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire vacation home, amenities, and outdoor areas. This includes the fully equipped kitchen, stylish living room, comfortable bedroom, and shared deck and relaxation areas. Additionally, guests have access to the beach and nearby dining options.
Other things to note

** Summer 2025 Update**

The staircase leading directly from the property to the beach is currently closed in preparation for upcoming repairs to the lower deck and seawall. In the meantime, guests can easily access the beach just a short walk up Commercial Street.

The good news? No construction or repair work is scheduled until after September or October, so there will be no noise or disruption during your stay. The deck project isn’t expected to be completed until late fall at the earliest — giving you a peaceful, uninterrupted experience at this beautiful waterfront property.

My husband and I stayed last weekend and it was such a memorable weekend. We truly enjoyed having a place that was clean, had great views, and was located so close to things. We created our own itinerary, but staying at Jason’s home allowed for that to be done with such ease. Jason was so accommodating and very quick to reply to any questions I had. The neighbors we passed by were so kind and the coffee shop below had the MOST delicious homemade pop tarts. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!
