Check in was easy and the employee at the desk was very friendly. Room had a beautiful view. Sheets and towels clean. Walkable distance to ocean and main street of provincetown. However, Room and bathroom very outdated, i opted not to take a shower because of the condition of the tub. Ceiling appeared to have mold on it. I was only there for 1 night- Overall, felt it was overpriced for what i got- probably would not stay here again.

Before booking, we had checked with the hotel regarding the restaurant and bar hours. We were assured that both would be open. Again at check-in we asked about hours. Again, assured both would open at 5:00! At 5:30 when we went to get a drink and appetizer, both were closed and not opening for the evening! We were assigned a room in the “historic” wing! That refers to the fact the rooms need a lot of attention. A Mr. Clean sponge goes a long ways. The person who checked us in was lovely and tried to be helpful. Would we stay there again? Probably not. The $30 amenities fee should be referred to as a parking fee as there were no other amenities provided.

There was a huge tent outside the window so no harbor view. Bullet hole in the window taped over. Room was filthy. Bed was worn out and uncomfortable. Will never stay there again. Zero stars

Right near the beach. Friendly, professional, helpful staff. Its an older hotel and i love the touches. My room has a patio, comfortable bed, and a lovely deep bathtub. Coffee and fridge in room. Location is right where the pilgrims first came ashore - its a naturally sheltered area with 3 lighthouses and gorgeous beaches. Really could not be more fantastic!

The woman at the front desk when we got there at 1 o’clock on Sunday so extremely rude we would not have stayed if it weren’t that we would’ve lost her money. In Mindy air conditioner didn’t work and it was filthy dirty with rust dust. The bathroom door was so dirty. I had to wash it because I was afraid to touch it and I am not a germ phobic

Overall, I love this Inn. We come here every year. The food and adult beverages are great! This year we encountered a negative person working the front desk. She was cold and aloof. She barely looked at us and never smiled. She made us uncomfortable with her disdainful affect. I happened to wave hello walking by and she looked the other way with a sour face ! Ugh

Great view, barely acceptable comfort.

Anyone under like 45 will be okay with the room and facilities for a place of this kind. The older you get the more you'll notice the dirty floor, lumpy bed, horrible pillows, a barely functioning remote. On the plus side, the pool is fun and the view is amazing. And the location can't be beat(unless you want to be closer to center of town, which is a 20 min walk). Overall the next time we'll spend a little more and get something nicer and more comfortable.
