This is the best place i have ever stayed in Massachusetts. It was my first time in Cape Cod and provincetown. But omg the front desk people were so helpful and nice. They were so sweet and provided us with all information within few mins. Check-in was easy and place was clean. Very great amenities. I loved it so much and i wish i stayed longer. Will def come back because they have pool and open spaces to hang around.

The room was very nice. Laid out well. Comfortable bed. We only had one day to spend in town and that day was rainy and cold so we couldn't take advantage of all the amenities. We would stay there again given the opportunity.

Great staff! Property renovated and very clean. I am not a fan of motel like property, but the amenities and renovated feel was very nice. It is also close to the downtown and if you like to walk, it is at a walking distance- about 10-15 minutes walk from the stores and restaurants and a block apart from the beach.

The property is newly renovated and sparkling clean, and the bed was luxurious. The staff was especially friendly and helpful; they worked hard to make every guest feel welcome. Continental breakfast was simple but fresh, with fruit, muffins, juice, and cereal available. Tea and coffee are available all day.

I was really surprised by how comfortable our stay was at Cape Colony. On the surface, it appears to be a typical roadside motel. However, after the first of 2 nights, we were seriously impressed by the comfort of the beds and pillows. Speaking as a veteran road tripper, these were just about the most comfortable we have slept in… bar none. We inquired as to the make and model to buy for home. Additionally the place is very clean, very friendly with a heated pool and close proximity to Provincetown. We recommend Cape Colony hands down.
