We are very close to the water - expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.

There are two exterior cameras. One is actively recording the front yard and parking area, the other is actively recording the backyard.

Nice little getaway

Extremely peaceful, Gorgeous view and well kept. I definitely recommend this location and property for anyone looking for a weekend or weekly getaway.

Rat Infested

Ruined our Trip - House was infested with rats. Rat dropings everywhere including the beds. No one could have cleaned this place in the past few weeks. Nasty filthy place. Don't rent it. Had to move out and find a hotel. After driving all day and ready for bed we pulled the covers back and found rat poop and pee. GROSE. To late to move to hotel had to sleep on the couch. VRBO would do good to ban this owner and however the cleaning staff was. I may still call the health department.

Long weekend on the lake

This house was adorable. It was the perfect location for our long weekend. We were able to dock our boat on the property. Quiet neighbors, easy to find, peaceful evenings. The rooms were a little tight. It it’s an old home footprint and we did not mind one bit. The kitchen was well equipped with everything. The code to get in didn’t work at first but it was easy to call the given help number and the very nice lady helped us out quickly. We would absolutely stay here again.
