We stayed at this motel/hotel for a weekend trip, and the only good part was the easy check-in after our flight . When we checked in, we were so tired we didn’t notice a condom on the floor of the room(#437) and stained sheets until we woke up the next morning. When we went down to address the issue, the front desk agent ignored the fact we were waiting for help for 15 mins and when we told her our issue, she showed no empathy or urgency to correct their disgusting room. She said, “There’s nothing I can do; there is new management” and told me to write a review. She mentioned that someone would come clean our room, so we left for breakfast, and when we came back, the condom was still on the floor. Nothing was cleaned when we spoke with the cleaning people; they stated that there is an order that they must follow. Again, no urgency or empathy. The front desk lady stated that the manager always reviews the rooms after the cleaning crew clean, which was a lie, and she also stated that the manager is not available until Sunday morning, the same day we leave. Terrible experience, truly gross.
