Go literally anywhere else

My God this place was gross. I knew it was going to be bad when I came in around 9pm on 7/4 and saw the front desk associate just vaping on the couch in the lobby. I couldn't even walk on the carpet in the room because of how nauseatingly filthy it felt. The bathroom absolutely was not cleaned. Toothpaste all over the sink faucet and pubic hair on the toilet seat. There was also some type of oily film smeared all over the door and tables. It was like housekeeping sprayed wood cleaner and didn't bother to wipe it up. Housekeeping is AWFUL here. I do want to make it known that the front desk associate working the morning on 9/5 was lovely. She's a keeper.

It was one of the most run down and dated Quality Inn location I have been. It smelled, the carpet was sticky, it was gross. I would never return to this location. The only bright spot was that the linens and towels were clean.

Courteous but ewwww.

Check-in was easy. Walked into the room to see a bedbug on the wall near the bath room. Didn’t use the breakfast nook. Courteous, but wow it needs some cleanup and upgrade.

Pleasantly surprised

For the price, we were pleasantly surprised. We were comfortable and the service was very good, helpful when our reservation didn’t show up in their system. When we showed our email from hotels.com they made sure we got the room we wanted.

DO NOT STAY HERE.

I was traveling solo so safety was key, I didn’t feel safe here. I probably should never stay on the ground floor but that was not their fault but my room was right next to an exit door, on arrival that door was wedged open with a rock, I closed it. I mentioned it to the lady at reception that told me that yes, they keep it wedged open till 10:30pm I told her that didn’t make me feel safe at all. Mentioned it to the person at check the next day, she apologized as said it should never be left open. Bathroom was in bad shape, toilet seat was half broken and shower was almost impossible to open the water, I thought I would break it. Breakfast was a joke, I grabbed a wrapped muffin but even that was not fresh or decent quality. I will never stay here again.
