I wasn’t aware of the renovations in progress. The hotel smelled like glue and chemicals. Printed signs when I arrived told me could cancel my stay but it was 1:00 in the morning. The refrigerator in the room was so noisy I had to turn it off to sleep, the bathtub did not have a nonslip Matt and was in need of refinishing, It was a disappointing stay.

Apparently this property hasn't had a hot tub in a long while but they continue to advertise it. Staff was incapable of keeping a basic breakfast stocked and acted like it was the guests fault that the coffee was continually empty without being replaced. Room was dated and in subpar condition. Will never stay here again.

Some innacuracies in booking: under construction
As of 12/2023, hotel is under construction. Pool is closed (disappointing to my kids) which wasn't mentioned at booking, were open paint cans in stairwell,and they also charge a $44 fee for pets (also wasn't listed during booking). Claimed to have a rollaway bed available for free use, but when asked for one was told is only for "suites." We had a very loud buzzing in hallway all night that could hear in room. Breakfast pretty good and areas where reno was complete were nice. Staff was nice, but couldn't do much to help. Disappointed that hotels.com doesn't have all current info on the hotel. Holiday inn claims they don't control "third party" Info, which I have a hard time believing they can enforce better accuracy. Probably won't stay again just bc not worth the risk, but might be a great place after reno.

Don't recommend this hotel
Terrible experience. Arrived to no one at the front desk to check in. As the lobby filled with a few more guests we called the phone number of the hotel only to listen to the phone ringing with no answer. Finally got help 10 plus minutes later. Lighting in hotel was bright white LED. Not warm and welcoming. Felt like being in a hospital. Used elevator..door wouldn't close..had to get help..definitely won't stay there again.
