The staff is friendly and tries to accommodate for the poor and run down condition of the property. I was one business and had to change rooms as the electrical outlets didn't work. The location is convenient but there are many higher end newer motels/hotels practically next door. I would not book there again or recommend it to friends based on the condition of the property.

The first room was not cleaned and had to change rooms that room the key wouldn’t work so we had to change again and in that room the tv would not work and there was one wash rag pretty bad in the morning went to check out and no one around I walked around looking but no one so I left the card key on the counter and left. Check in took a while and when we finally got to our room it was not at all as pictured. The floors were so dirty they stained our socks black within minutes. We had 1 body towel and no hand soap. The “breakfast” was cups of cereal and microwaveable oatmeal. Would not recommend at all.

There is NO pool, coffee maker or breakfast included. TV was horrible and remote was disgustingly dirty. Floor was new but filthy dirty and it was definitely in need of paint. We had just finished a 12hr drive and just wanted to sleep, if this was not the case we would have left the hotel. Not impressed that we paid $131 CD$ a night for this dump that clearly had false advertising.
