Budget Friendly, Many Strings Attached

My room had a serious fruit fly problem. Stayed for 3 nights and my room was not serviced (bed made, trash taken out) during my entire stay. My goal was to save a few bucks, and I did…but, you get what you pay for. So if you just need a place to lay your head at night, go for it. Great staff, everybody was helpful. But there were just too many negatives affecting my stay.

A water puddle in middle of room. Water dripping from mirror in bathroom. Questionable cleanliness. Security issues with door. Paint needed. Looked old. Had we not been tired we would have gone somewhere else.

Room was fairly clean but killed two roaches in the bathroom in the first 30 min of stay. Beds were not very comfortable. Not the best area..got asked for money twice while unloading my car.

Cords running stuff across doorways , dirty sheet, dirty floors around toilet, bed frame on first room broken, pool closed, breakfast a joke and bathrooms were locked.

Not clean - condition of the hotel, over price for what you don’t get in your stay. Hotel needs torn down and a new one built. It is not what is advertised. Very sad and disappointing. Will not stay there again. Waist of money.

1) no towels and washcloths 2) no soap and shampoo 3) no phones working 4 ) had to plug up lights in room 5) no smoke tester hooked up was just in room learning against TV however the beds very comfortable! 6) no one available at desk to help!

I was very disgusted. The room was dirty, the toilet seat was broken, asked for extra towels and they placed them on the ground outside the door. Asked for the toilet seat to be fixed never did.

We did not get a room. When we arrived, the front desk person was not there. We waited at least 20 to 30 minutes all of the doors to the hotel we’re open we called the days in 100 number they called the front desk to try to get the girl to come to the front desk to no avail. When we did finally get Skyler to come to the front desk, she said that she had canceled our reservation because we reserved it too close to midnight and that there were no rooms available and there was nothing we could do. The phone number said that they had to confirm that this situation was true, but the phones were not working. I would like a refund and compensation because I had to drive four more hours in the middle of the night to my destination

Room and bathroom were beat up and dirty. Outside walkways chipped and littered with cigarette butts. Overflowing outdoor trash cans. Light over sink didnt work. No tissues. Only half a roll of TP. No complimentary shampoo. One worn body towel. No cup or glass for water. Lastly, the coffee for complimentary breakfast was rhe color of tea and the microwave for heating breakfast sandwiches was disgusting inside.

Wall socket didn’t work, phone didn’t work, no tiolet paper, short on towels, room was dusty. When I checked in I had to yell for someone to come out to the desk, same when I checked out. I will never stay there again. Very disappointed. Room was nothing like the pictures on the internet. I want a refund. I canceled the stay Thursday.

The property was very old… It was also very noisy hard to sleep because of all the traffic and walking traffic that we heard outside all night. The joining rooms you could see LIGHT from the other room underneath. There was coffee, but no coffee pot in the room. It just was not a very comfortable stay and not the safest to stay. And we do a lot of hotels in a lot of areas and use hotels.com a lot.

The room we stayed in was smelly and there was a dirty sock on the floor and then they were dead bugs in the bathroom. I found a spot on the pillow that looked like blood .,The lock on the door was loose, and the area appeared to be unsafe.
