Great hotel, very good room service. Only problem is there is too many DOGS!!! They are everywhere and some residents have 2 and 3 dogs ! That is too many for others that can be s inconvenience especially walking out and in the hotel. There should be a minimum to how many people have dogs.

Based on the rate, our expectations weren't that high. You get what you pay for, and all... The room was fairly well appointed, and rather clean, but there were some items that caused us some grief. Firstly, the bed came equipped with only 3 'half pillows'. We're used to more... 'pillow-age', in hotel rooms. Additional pillows were requested, but unavailable. Sleeping on them was difficult for both of us. Secondly, there were some seriously worn items in the room--such as the window curtains.That was a little disconcerting, but we expected to be up before sunrise. Thirdly, there didn't see to be any attempt to keep guests from smoking near the lobby entrance--despite several, thoroughly ignored signs prohibiting smoking in the area--which allowed cigarette smoke to waft into the lobby and into the halls. Our room had a strong smell of cigarette 'deodorant'--which masked any cigarette smoke rather well--but the net result was an irritating concoction that led to stuffy noses all night.

Clean up the building

Room was fine. Random people (2 guys and a girl) were hanging out outside the hotel, smoking, possibly selling, etc. I just walked past and there weren't any issues. Hallway reeked of old marijuana and the room had a mildew/mold smell to it. It might be time to do a deep clean and add in some security if you want traveling clients however if the hotel caters to the local "business" - then it's doing a decent job and should lower it's rates or add in hourly ones. Aside from that, the room was clean and staff was nice.

Barely any outlets in the room there was a funky smell in the hallways and day one not even 5 minutes in the room and a roach came crawling up the wall we went downstairs to ask for bug spray and the lobby man says he never had that issue but proceeded to pull out raid max for roaches and gloves and tells us to use the gloves while using it so clearly he was experience with it. I will never go to this location again💯

We will not be back.

This hotel was rated as above a 7, so we shocked and quite uncomfortable when we found ourselves being begged for cigarette, lighter and “other substances” upon arrival at the front door. We also came across evidence of a variety of drugs being used (needles and a bag of weed!), and a condom. We arrived late. We requested non-smoking as I have asthma. The hotel was booked, and we were put in a smoking room which was very poorly kept. the front desk host lied to me stating that I had requested smoking and so that is what they held. My receipt had non-smoking clearly highlighted. There were several dogs off leash and not responding to owner commands, with one dog fight observed. The owners also did not clean up after their animals. Finally, the room itself was in shambles. The furniture was unstable and I almost fell off the chair when I sat down. The curtains and lampshades had holes and were crumbly, the cabinets and appliances were dented and the bathroom tub handle and racks did not hold anything. The sheets were stiff and itchy. The pillows were nice. Some of the cleaning team was relatively nice but one lady tried to say we were lying when she asked us to leave after our first night and we told her we had paid for 2 nights. We will not be back.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for a one night. We checked in at 8pm and the man behind the counter was helpful and respectful. The room was exceptionally clean but only had 3 pillows for 2 people. The bed was roomy and comfortable. The hotel didn't have a computer in the lobby but for 1 night it wasn't terrible. For a 1-2 day stay it was very nice and worth every penny if you use Hotel.com. I hope my review helps other guests in the future.

NO TV 📺 service??? REALLY???

Upon check -in my son and I were made painfully aware that the television was not working. I immediately let the front desk attendant Alejandro know. He agreed to move us to a different room. About 45 minutes later he said that the hotel was sold out, no more rooms were available. So a night without television was Very STRANGE and at our expense.😞👀
