The hotel was lovely and the staff was kind and responsive- we had two hiccups in our room (ac not working and chrome cast not working) and they came promptly and fixed both! Food and drink were really great! We were there on a busy weekend but didn’t feel crowded or out of place. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked nice. Would definitely stay there again!

Booked a double-double for 2 adults & 17 yr old. Upon check in received room with king bed room and lounge chair. When we went back to ask for the room we booked for 3, we were told the hotel is almost sold out and because we booked via expedia, details are not shared and in any case, the lounge chair can provide sleeping space for 3rd person. Ridiculous!!!! To even speak out such an idea or thought! Front desk at Hyatt proclaiming to be 4 star hotel.

Lovely place

Beautiful hotel, very nice room. Staff was friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed Alfredo's excellent service at breakfast. The only inconvenience was the location of the bar in the middle of the atrium, so that the convention attendees' conversations and laughter were disturbing to those rooms facing the atrium who would have preferred quiet at or before midnight. It would have been better to set up a bar area for those people in one of the conference rooms away from the atrium.
