Everything looks so run down and old. Just feels very old. Beds were not comfortable. The pillows were like 5 feet high off the bed. The 2 pools they had were very foggy as if they were not cleaned in a while. The kids pool smelled like pee and it stank horribly in and out the pool

Nice hotel but no ac (just a fan) and no elevators. We walked up and down a maze of stairs to find our room. It was actually fun for me but I did not have a lot of luggage. Place is nice. Pool was kind of dirty. No beach access- just scary rocks. But it is pretty.

The place is nice and big for be with kids. Is not easy for people in weells chear inside and out side is dificiltud to enter for the doors.

No WiFi in the room and told by staff “it is what it is”. Cleanliness is not the best and the pools are not only small, they’re also murky. Restrooms have no ventilation, so, unless you shower with the restroom door wide open, the restroom are sticky, extremely humid, and gross, when you come out of the shower.

Nice break but not perfect.

Overall we had a nice family break but it wasn't perfect. Here is a list of things that would make me think twice about going back here: There is serious cockroach problem we kept find huge bugs in our room as well as an ant infestation outside of our room. They really need to invest more in pest control. They also need to decide if they want to attract families or young partygoers because the two don't mix. On our first night we had neighbors drinking outside in 4 am. On our second night our other neighbors decided to have a carne asada right outside of their room filling ours full of smoke. It seems there are no rules here. Next the lobby bar drinks were weak and terrible, they need to train their bartenders.The restaurant was super expensive and the pizza was one of the worst I ever had. Several times we went to the pool and there wasn't even one spare chair, so overcrowded. The rabbit encloser was disgusting, if you're going let the kids enter you should at least clean it once in a while. Despite the negatives, we did have a very nice family break and for the price maybe we can't complain. Undecied if I would come back.

The indoor heated pool was always very full, likely because it’s quite small for the number of guests at the resort. I was never able to use it, and the water looked dirty, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the morning buffet was good, and the evening entertainment was enjoyable — especially for families with kids. The night show was fun, but it was very crowded, and we had a hard time finding a table. They also mentioned offering fast passes for border crossing, but when I tried to purchase one, they were out and told me to go to another hotel to get it which didn’t make much sense. That said, the staff were very nice and friendly, which made the overall experience more pleasant and we did feel very secure. I also walked to Puerto Nuevo and an outdoor bar nearby — both were within walking distance and added to the experience.

I was very dissatisfied with this hotel, i will not be coming back at all. The only good thing about this place was the pool and that was just okay not completely clean. The room we received was right next to the bar area and it was extremely noisy couldnt sleep at all through out the night because of the karaoke show they had that lasted way too long ! The reception area should warn that those rooms will be super noisy due to being next to the bar area, very upsetting couldnt enjoy the this stay. And they cpuldnt even switch our room ,the front desk was not helpful at all. The food and drinks were not good at all either so dont waste your money. The room had no AC and it was very stuffy and they provided a fan to connect BUT that room had NO available outlets only outlet was for the tv , how does that make sense!!! And the restroom had no towels ,we had to call for them to provide towels for the hands and to shower- this should be automatically ready in the room and the beds were soo hard and stiff after one night, we woke up with backaches. We reserved for 2 nights but we ended up leaving on the second night, didnt want to sleep there thats how unhappy we were with this place.

the sink had only hat water, I burned my hand I mentioned to the front desk, I was inform that they will send somebody wail I was outside and they didn't, I use the water and I burned myself for a second time, I complained to the front desk and then they send somebody after they saw may hand.
