Independent modern-design villa with private swimming pool situated in a residential area in the small town of Pratovecchio.
This spacious property offers welcoming interiors and a large furnished garden with a nice pool. The location allows easy access to the National Preserve of Casentino, to Mount Falterona (where the Arno river is originate) as well as the beautiful art cities of the region such as Arezzo and Florence, both within 45 km.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished, fenced-in garden with lawn, terraces and a nice private swimming-pool (8 x 4 m – min. depth 1 m – max. depth 1,6 m – open from 15/04 to 15/10), open-air shower (warm water) near the pool, barbecue.
Parking within the grounds.
Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 50,- / per week (payment on site).
Distances: Pratovecchio with general stores and train station is within walking distance, 500 meters away, Poppi (with golf course) 6 km, the lovely town of Arezzo 40 km away, Florence (airport) 45 km away.

Ausser hui, innen pfui!
Das Haus war schön, aber die Einrichtung total veraltet. Durchgelesen Betten, schimmlige Holzbrett in der Küche, alte durchgesehene Couch und 20 Jahre alter Röhrenfernseher. Da gehört etwas investiert. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett, trotz Sprachbarriere bemüht.

Perfect family holiday.
Pretty little village, fantastic house, pool and view. You can take the train to Arezzo which is worth a visit! Most recommendable. The beds could bedre better but the overall impression was great. We would like to come back.
