Didn't like the room that we were in right next to the highway couldn't sleep with the window cracked a little bit. The bathroom was right in front of the two beds and the tv was kinda in a bad spot also.

Beach trip getaway

We were at this hotel for a week, staff was friendly, rooms were clean, free breakfast was just ok, lots of maintenence issues, one elevator down all week, pool was closed halfway through and didnt reopen, fire alarm in the middle of the night. There was onsite laundry machines, which was helpful for a beach trip

We had a great stay this weekend! The hotel was easy to get to—right off the highway—and just a short drive to Hampton Beach, which was super convenient. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, making check-in and the overall experience smooth and pleasant. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. Best of all, the AC worked amazingly well—it got nice and cold, which was perfect after a hot day at the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

The property outside was very clean on the inside was dirty ( my son has allergies to dust ) he woke up with a allergic flare up. The first night we arrived POOL was out of order due to much chlorine. Our toilet clogged I ended up using a plunger to unclog it. They did tell us house keeping was everything other day we would just have to ask for towels if needed at the front desk. Breakfast wasn't very much options, muffins eggs bacon oatmeal cereal different bread for toast. They had laundry on site but no change machine to exchange dollar bills for coins we ended up going to a arcade to get change in Hampton Beach. The location is great everything is close by but I don't think I'll book again with Spring hill Suites Marriott Hampton.

No one at front desk - she was doing something for another guest. Was rude when she came back. Told me I had to take whatever room was left since I arrived late(9 PM) EVEN THOUGH I REMOTELY CHECKED IN A DAY EARLIER. Also, she implied that my using Couch in room was extremely uncomfortable- soft and saggy. Also, the sliding door between the sleeping area and the bathroom had a huge frosted glass window. When someone went to the bathroom at night, the whole bed was lit up. I was jolted awake. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.
