This was a great location in the heart of downtown Portsmouth. Shops, restaurants, and bars all within an easy walking distance. Easy access to the house. There is a garage for parking. However, there is also plenty of street parking and some lots close by as well. Daryl was incredibly responsive anytime I had a question. We would definitely rent here again!

We had a wonderful girls getaway in Portsmouth! The condo was amazing…..just like in the pictures. We enjoyed spending time relaxing in the condo as well as exploring the city. The location couldn’t be better! Darryl was very easy to communicate with. His suggestions for dinner at Surf & Massimos perfect! We also went to Jimmy’s Jazz for a show that was such fun. We can’t wait to come back for a return visit!

This apartment was a great find! The location is perfect. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Everything was clean and comfy.We did have some technical difficulties with check in but Darryl responded right away. He was able to solve our issues in just a few minutes!I would happily stay in this apartment again.

Wonderful duplex right in the center of the town! Very clean, with comfortable and modern furnishings, well stocked with anything you may need and a garage to park your car! Location, attention to detail, host attentiveness—I could go on and on and on! This place was meticulous!This home is steps away from downtown Portsmouth. Once we parked in the garage that was the last time we needed the car. We were able to walk everywhere! Our host Darryl was beyond responsive. Prior to our check in I had a few questions. His response time was literally minutes. We ran into zero issues during our stay, but Darryl continued to check in with us to make sure we were all set. If you’re looking for a home in downtown Portsmouth that has it all, look no further!
