The hotel was under renovations, which I had not realized when I reserved. I had been looking forward to using the pool but it was closed because they were storing mattresses in the pool area. Then when I went to bed I found that the bottom sheet was queen size and the bed was king size. Of course the sheet was falling off all night. The breakfast was pretty good for a buffet and the staff was friendly under the circumstances. They were probably dealing with a lot of complaints.

Hotels.com overbooked the rooms I was asked if I could take a different room one with two queen beds and no pull out couch instead of the King bed I had booked so I could accommodate Marriott rewards members( which I was one a one time), because of the overbooking by your company After much searching the desk staff was able to find what I had booked It worked out but I don’t get the miss communication between your booking and hotel I was not the only person in this situation

There was a lot of repair and upgrades going on. Our room had a piece of blue tape with the room number on it. My wife has asthma and the smell in the room from the construction was really bothering her. We could not stay in the room so the person on the front desk was very nice and said we could leave and we would get our money back. Fortunately we found another place to stay. This was not a good experience !!!

Had a good stay. Room was clean and as expected. Had a really good spread for breakfast. There was unexpected construction happening at the hotel but it wasn't bothersome. The elevator is ridiculously slow, take the stairs.

They were renovating the property, which I did not know until I got there. But staff was very friendly. I did get a renovated room. Which had an open shower with no curtains. Didn’t like how close the vanity was to the shower because the vanity would just get completely wet. There was only one mirror in the whole room and it was tiny and not the best lighting. No full length mirror. I would stay again, but it is very pricey, especially for the renovations and the quality of the renovations.

Our room was not serviced at all. Bed was unmade. There were no clean towels, so we left immediately when we got back to the room after the event that we were at. We forfeited one night stay at the Fairfield by Marriott. I have never had such horrible service in any of my hotel stays
