The place is “dated” and could use some renovations, but overall it’s a great place to stay. We’ve stayed there numerous times now and will do it again.

Very close to the beach! Perfect in this way. Staff not always present, must make a call to get someone's attention. Room has NO microwave - a community one does exist. Our TV had 2 none working issues, both times, management had to come up to fix it. Parking is 1 block away and tight quarters. Right next door to the hotel is a good coffee shop (about $6/coffee).

This was the worst hotel I ever made a reservation in. No handicap excessable anything. Grounds and stairway were filthy. I did not stay there. I am trying to get my money back. Right now I would never recommend the hotel to anyone. If I do not get my refund back because I did not stay there. I notified the hotel that I was not staying there and they told me to contact Expedia. I have now appealed to my credit card company.
