Não havia qualquer descrição de que é necessário descer uma ladeira enorme para acessar o quarto e que não pode ser feita de carro. Para carregar malas na subida foi um grande sufoco. Se não tem um bom preparo fisico você desiste de entrar e sair. No banheiro e quarto não há sequer 01 gancho para pendurar toalhas assim como roupas, também não há nenhum local para guardar roupas - roupeiro, gaveta, prateleira ou gancho e o quarto ainda é suficientemente pequeno até pára a mala ficar aberta no chão. Quando fomos abordados no café da manhã por uma funcionária simpática que quis saber sobre a nossa estadia, comentei sobre a dificuldade e ouvi a resposta: "isso não é comigo", o que demonstrou total despreparo do time. O café da manhã apesar de bem simples era bem saboroso.
